Established in early 2003, TXO Unlimited is a hosting service based in Texas that is dedicated to providing quality service at rates that you can be satisfied with. Our current servers are located in The SAVVIS data center in Texas, and are fast and reliable. The average up-time for these servers are 99.9%. Some outage that occur may be out of our control, but we will make every effort to keep you informed of scheduled outages if they should occur. We currently host sites with various targets, and will provide professional service to anyone who follows our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. We have over 12 years of service working with computers and over 8 years of Internet experience. We have the knowledge and desire to offer affordable online and web-hosting services.
We have several plans available and will also design custom plans to suit your needs. If you feel you need some other type of plans, or additions to a plan, please email info@txohosting.com to contact a representative. We hope to provide you with your hosting needs, and always feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.
We do not over-sell our services, meaning we will not offer unlimited space to everyone, when realistically that is not possible. We break apart our plans according to average usage and bandwidth that we've seen with current clients, as well as studies over the years. Ever seen the deals that are too good to be true? Most likely, it is. Our prices may be slightly higher than others, and lower than others, but we based our prices off of realistic prices, not prices to try and draw customers in then make you feel un-supported. We will also offer support that provides support, not just buys time until the problems are resolved. Although we do not offer 24/7 support, all support issues are normally responded to within a few hours. We are notified at all times when support tickets are created.
We realize that the hosting industry has become the next big boom, and we plan to be around for the long haul. Our average hosting time for clients is over one year, and we have not yet lost a client. We feel that the extra efforts we put into support, and helping clients with issues or helping them for no charge has kept our clients with TXO Unlimited. We would like to offer these same services and benefits to your or your company as well.
